During the transition process, our team will reach out to all those with e-mails on file and will send login credentials, including a temporary password to those members, so each owner can log-in to their portal. If an owner has no e-mail address on file, they need to register and request log-in credentials by “signing up” at portal.optimumpm.com or www.optimumpm.com. There are many features and benefits offered through our homeowner portal that allow you access to current updates, upcoming community events, maintenance requests and streamlined bill pay for your HOA dues. When you create a homeowner portal, you will be entered into a giveaway to win a $100.00 AMEX gift card. There will be three (3) lucky winners chosen on May 3rd.
